Techno Fittings is a leading company in the industrial sector. Our main purpose has remained the same  over the years : “to improve constantly the quality of our products and provided services“.

Our distribution, design and production activities are subject to essential rules respecting environment and safety: we work according to european and worldwide directives.
The company organization is based on the competence of our professional staff. The”problem solving” approach allows us to guarantee reliability and results.

Since 2006 our Quality System has been certified according to ISO 9001.

Quality policy

The management undertakes to establish, implement and maintain a policy that:

 

      • is appropriate to the purposes and to the context for the support of the strategic guidelines.
      • includes the commitment to meet the applicable requirements and the commitment to the continuous improvement of the quality management system also to increase performance focused on customer satisfaction.

The strategic input that the company management has expressed starts from the following idea: the concept of competitiveness must be related to the ability to better manage all the competitive levers of one’s business area. This means having preliminarily identified the business area and business parameters of the company.

For our company, doing Quality means constantly working at all levels to continuously improve internal business processes, to propose and carry out services that respond to the growing and changing expectations of our customers.

The Company Management intends to pursue a modern quality management through an adequate organizational structure and an optimal organization of resources; this in order to achieve the satisfaction of its customers and the establishment of an effective collaboration with them and with suppliers in order to achieve maximum efficiency through the integration of different skills.

The strategy expressed by the Company Management for the Quality Policy, so that this is understood, implemented and supported at every Company Level, is summarized in the following points:

      • the main purpose is to obtain maximum customer satisfaction;
      • the satisfied customer is the result of the optimized Business Processes that maximize the Quality results;
      • The effort of the whole organization must be lavished in the pursuit of continuous improvement of the performance of the Quality Management System, Processes and Products to obtain, as a consequence, Quality Products and Services;
      • To achieve that, it is necessary the global involvement of all the staff who must act through the use of the QMS Methods and Techniques;
      • Essential elements of the quality of the service provided are represented by the care of the customer’s property and the competence of the technicians.
      • Staff Trainings are considered strategic activities and must involve all Company Levels as they are essential conditions for achieving continuous improvement within the Organization;
