Flow separators SP
The fluid separator is composed of an elastic element that isolates the process material from the manometric element, transmitting the pressure by compressing the liquid contained in the separation chamber.
It is essential to have this precaution where particular chemical-physical characteristics incompatible with the manometric element are present, thus obviating the drawbacks deriving to the instrument from particularly aggressive pressurized fluids, from high viscosity process materials, or with the possibility of crystallization or solidification.
The separator is an integral part of the instrument, so the possibility of disassembly is excluded.
The SP separators are adaptable to the instruments of the various series. -
Manometer FS
Solid front pressure manometers are built in accordance with UNI 8541, DIN 16006 and ANSI B40.1 standards. By building this type of instrument, particular attention is paid to safety , which is obtained by means of a protection diaphragm interposed between the manometric element and the dial, and a fragile diaphragm which allows any pressure to be released from the rear part of the case. of the pressure gauge.
